摘要
目的：观察针灸配合增液汤治疗阴虚型便秘的疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用针灸配合增液汤治疗，对照组服用麻仁软胶囊合知柏地黄丸。结果：治疗组总有效率93.3%，高于对照组的53.3%（P<0.05）。结论：针灸配合增液汤治疗阴虚型便秘疗效显著，且安全、经济，值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Zengye decoction for Yin deficiency type constipation. Methods:60 cas-es of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group treated by acupuncture combined with Zengye de-coction, while the control group by Maren soft capsules and Zhibai Dihuang pills. Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%, which was higher than 53.3 that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Zengye decoction has a significant curative ef-fect on Yin deficiency type constipation, and it''s safe and economic, deserves clinical promotion and application.
