摘要
目的：观察针刀疗法治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的疗效。方法：将90例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予综合康复治疗，观察组则在综合康复治疗基础上给予针刀治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.01）， GMFM评分高于对照组，改良Ashworth评分低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：针刀疗法能降低痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿的肌张力，促进运动功能恢复。
Objective:To observe the curative effects of acupotomy therapy on children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods:90 patients were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group, control group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, observation group were treat-ed with acupotomy and comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results:The total effective rate and GMFM score of observation group were higher than those of control group (P<0.01), the modified Ashworth score of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Acupotomy therapy can reduce muscle tension of children with spastic cerebral palsy, and pro-mote the recovery of motor function.
