物理治疗面部软组织挫伤疗效体会

摘要 目的:探讨物理治疗面部软组织挫伤的疗效。方法:我院面部软组织挫伤患者46例采用综合物理疗法,包括微波、石蜡、超声波、音频及局部手法按摩治疗等,治疗后评定疗效。结果:治疗2周后总有效率86.96%,4周后总有效率达到97.83%。讨论:物理治疗面部软组织挫伤安全可靠,可有效消除肿痛、淤血,减少面部凹陷、瘢痕等并发症,有临床推广应用价值。
