指针配合手法治疗急性腰扭伤临床疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Finger Pressing Combined with Manipulation for Acute Lumbar Sprain

目的：探讨指针与手法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床效果。方法：84例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组采用常规手法治疗，治疗组予指针与手法联合治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05），治疗时间和腰部功能复常时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：指针与手法联合治疗急性腰扭伤的临床效果明显。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of finger pressing combined with manipulation for acute lumbar sprain. Methods:84 cases of acute lumbar sprain patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the control group treated by conventional manipulation thera-py, while the treatment group by finger pressing combined with manipulation. Results:The total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), the treatment time and waist feature normalization time were significantly shorter than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Finger pressing combined with manipulation has a significant curative effect on acute lumbar sprain.
