电针配合艾灸治疗肩周炎疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Electro-acupuncture and Moxibustion Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的：观察电针配合艾灸治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法：将53例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用电针配合艾灸治疗，对照组单纯采用电针治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组的治愈率及总有效率均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：电针配合艾灸治疗肩周炎疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the curative effects of acupuncture combined with moxibustion treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods:53 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture and moxibustion, con-trol group only with treatment of electro-acupuncture, the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results:The cure rate and total effec-tive rate of the treatment group were both higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture with moxibustion treating scapulohumeral periarthritis is of significant effects.
