摘要
目的：探讨针灸推拿治疗中风后偏瘫痉挛的疗效。方法：46例患者均采用针灸推拿治疗，比较治疗前后患者上、下肢肌张力的改善情况。结果：治疗后，患者的肌张力正常率显著高于治疗前（P<0.01）。结论：采用针灸推拿治疗中风后偏瘫痉挛疗效显著，可有效缓解痉挛，改善中风症状，值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the curative effects of acupuncture and massage treating hemiplegia spasm after stroke. Methods:46 patients were all treated with acupuncture and massage therapy, to compare the muscle tension improvement of upper and lower limbs before and after the treat-ment. Results:The normal rate of muscle tension after the treatment was significantly higher than that before the treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion:The therapeutic effects of acupuncture and massage treating hemiplegia spasm after stroke are significant, which can relieve spasm effectively and improve the symptoms of stroke, being worthy of clinical application.
