Efficacy Effects in Acupuncture on Facial Neuritis of Different Damage Degree

目的：探讨针灸对不同损伤程度面神经炎患者的疗效。方法：将120例患者根据面神经损伤的波幅比分为高波幅比组和低波幅比组，均采用相同的药物和针灸治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：两组总有效率比较无显著性差异（P>0.05）；低波幅比组症状好转时间少于高波幅比组（P<0.05）。结论：针灸治疗不同损伤程度的面神经炎均疗效显著，病情重者治疗时间较长。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of acupuncture on patients with facial neuritis of different damage degree. Methods:Ac-cording to the amplitude ratio of facial nerve damage, 120 cases of patients was divided into group of high amplitude ratio and group of low ampli-tude ratio, both with the same drugs and acupuncture therapy, the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results:There was no signifi-cant difference in the total efficiency between two groups (P>0.05);time of symptoms improved in group of low amplitude ratio was less than that in group of high amplitude ratio (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture on facial neuritis of different damage degree is of significant efficacy, with longer time of therapy for serious patients.
