摘要
目的：观察针刺配合手法治疗梨状肌损伤综合征的疗效。方法：对78例梨状肌损伤患者采用针刺配合中医正骨手法治疗，并观察其临床疗效。结果：治愈61例，好转13例，无效4例，总有效率为94.9%。结论：针刺配合正骨手法治疗梨状肌损伤综合征疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with manipulation for piriformis injury syndrome. Methods:Used the treat-ment of acupuncture combined with TCM bone-setting manipulation in 78 cases of patients with piriformis injury syndrome and observe the efficacy. Results: 61 cases were cured, 13 cases turned better, 4 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 94.9%. Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with bone-setting manipulation has significant curative effect on piriformis injury syndrome.
