阴阳分期辩证取穴治疗中风瘫痪的临床体会

Clinical Experience in Yin and Yang Selecting Acupoint with Syndrome Differentiation Treating Apoplectic Paralysis

目的：探讨阴阳配穴治疗中风瘫痪的效果。方法：50例中风瘫痪患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各25例，治疗组按阴阳分期辩证取穴采用穴位注射及电针治疗，对照组采用“治痿独取阳明”的针刺方法，观察两组症状体征评分。结果：治疗组治疗后症状体征评分均较对照组降低（P<0.01）；治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：采用阴阳配穴治疗中风瘫痪临床有效。

Objective:To investigate the effects of yin and yang selecting acupoint treating apoplectic paralysis. Methods:50 cases of apoplectic hemi-plegia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each of 25 cases, treatment group, based on yin and yang selecting acu-point, was treated with acupoint injection and electro-acupuncture, control group with acupuncture method of ' treatment for flaccidity aiming at yangming meridian', to observe the symptom and sign scores between two groups. Results:The symptom and sign scores of treatment group after the treatment were both lower than those of control group (P<0.01);the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Yin and yang selecting acupoint with syndrome differentiation treating apoplectic paralysis is clinical effective.
