摘要
目的：探讨针刺对女性迟发性痤疮的临床效果。方法：选择门诊女性迟发性痤疮患者119例，随机分为治疗组60例与对照组59例，分别予针刺治疗及口服四环素片，评价两组疗效。结果：治疗组痊愈率为35.0%，高于对照组的15.3%（P<0.05）；总有效率为73.3%，高于对照组的45.8%（P<0.01）。结论：针刺对女性迟发性痤疮具有较好疗效。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture on female tardive acne. Methods:119 cases female tardive acne were randomly divided into treatment group 60 cases treated with acupuncture treatment and control group 59 cases treated with oral tetracycline tablets, evaluating the efficacy of two groups. Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was 35.0%, higher than the control group 15.3%(P<0.05);the total effec-tive rate was 73.3%, higher than that of the control group 45.8%(P<0.01). Conclusion:Acupuncture on female tardive acne have good effect.
