针刺配合运动疗法治疗面瘫疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Exercise Therapy on Facial Paralysis

目的：观察针刺配合运动疗法治疗面瘫的疗效。方法：95例面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用针刺配合面部表情肌运动疗法，对照组采用针刺疗法，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.8%，明显高于对照组的82.5%（P<0.05）。结论：针刺配合运动疗法治疗面瘫效果显著。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with exercise therapy on facial paralysis. Methods:95 cases of fa-cial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with acupuncture and motor therapy of facial expres-sion muscles, control group adopted acupuncture therapy, to observe the clinical curative effects of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.8%, significantly higher than that of control group by 82.5% (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with exercise therapy treating facial paralysis is significantly effective.
