老年心脑血管疾病患者疗养康复前后脂代谢比较

To Compare the Lipid Metabolism of Patients with Geriatric Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease before and after Sanatorium Rehabilitation

目的：探讨老年心脑血管疾病患者疗养康复前后体内血脂代谢变化情况。方法：根据疾病分类情况将60例患者分为冠心病组和脑卒中组，治疗前后均进行生化检验，并将检验结果与健康对照组进行比较。结果：冠心病组及脑卒中组患者疗养康复前，其体内TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、ApoB等指标均较对照组显著升高，而ApoA1、TG含量较对照组显著降低（P<0.05）；经疗养康复后体内TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、ApoB含量有所下降而ApoA1、TG含量有所上升（P<0.05）。结论：对老年心脑血管疾病患者及时检测其体内脂代谢情况可准确判断患者治疗效果，对脂代谢异常人群及早进行干预可降低发生心脑血管疾病风险。

Objective:To investigate the changes of blood lipid metabolism of patients with geriatric cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease be-fore and after sanatorium rehabilitation. Methods:60 patients were divided into group of coronary heart disease and stroke according to the classifica-tion of diseases, all with biochemical tests before and after treatment, and the test results were compared with the healthy control group. Results:be-fore sanatorium rehabilitation, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C and ApoB in group of coronary heart disease and stroke, with much lower ApoA1 and TG, were all significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05);after sanatorium rehabilitation, the content of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C and ApoB decreased and ApoA1, TG rose to some extent (P<0.05). Conclusion:Timely detection of lipid metabolism can accurately judge the treatment effects of patients with geriatric cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, while early intervention can reduce the risks of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseas-es for group of abnormal lipid metabolism.
