摘要
目的：观察电针四关穴治疗胃痛的疗效。方法：将168例胃痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均给予电针治疗，治疗组取穴以四关穴为主，对照组按照常规取穴，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组，治愈所需治疗次数少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：电针四关穴为主治疗胃痛疗效显著，且能减少治疗次数，值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the curative effects of electro-acupuncture Siguan treating stomachache. Methods:168 cases of stomachache were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both with treatment of electro-acupuncture, treatment group with main acupoint selection of Siguan, control group with conventional acupuncture, the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group, with less treatment times to cure, was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture Siguan primar-ily treating stomachache is obviously effective and reduce the times of treatment, being worthy of clinical application.
