摘要
目的:探讨黄甘胶囊提高免疫功能的作用。方法:以环磷酰胺(CY)致免疫抑制小鼠为研究对象,观察黄甘胶囊对免疫抑制小鼠免疫器官、迟发型超敏反应、半数溶血值(HC50)、碳粒廓清能力的影响。结果:腹腔注射CY可成功建立小鼠免疫抑制模型,黄甘胶囊可明显提高免疫抑制小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数,增大免疫抑制小鼠迟发型超敏反应值和HC50值,提高吞噬指数K和吞噬系数α。结论:黄甘胶囊能明显增强免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Huanggan capsules on improving immune function. Methods:Observed the influence of Huanggan capsules on the immune organs, delayed type hypersensitivity, half hemolysis value (HC50) and carbon clearance ability of immunosuppressive mice which caused by cyclophosphamide (CY). Results:Intraperitoneal injection of CY could successfully establish immunosuppressive models of mice, Huanggan capsules could significantly improve the thymus index and spleen index of immunosuppressive mice, increase the delayed type hypersensi-tivity value and HC50 value, improve the phagocytic index K and phagocytic coefficient α. Conclusion: Huanggan capsules can significantly im-prove the immune function of immunosuppressive mice.
