小城镇综合运营日益成为国内城镇化的主流模式，小城镇投资建设投资大，回收期长的特点导致资金缺乏困扰小城镇综合运营企业的生存与发展。本文针对小城镇综合运营企业的投融资方式提出了股权融资、信托融资和债权融资等可供参考的建议。
