浅析农网资产管理的现状及问题

农网资产的管理经过多年的发展取得了重大的进展,获取了大量的经验.与此同时,管理体系的不健全、资产信息更新较慢、资产经费收支不平衡也是现阶段比较突出的问题.为更好的维护农网建设取得的重大成果,本文将以某省为例着重分析农网资产管理的现状及问题,并针对这些问题找出如何优化资产结构、提高资本的运作效率、促进财务集约化的方法.

These years, there has been ignificant progress in rural power assets management,and lots of experience has been got en. At the same time, there are some serious problems, such as the management system that is imperfect,the assets information that is not updated in time and the assets expenditure that are not balanced.For the rural power net developping bet er,taking certain province as an example,this paper analyzes the assets management status quo and exsiting problems, and proposes some suggestions in optimizing the assets structure,improving the capital operation ef iciency and promoting intensive finaces.
