挤压综合征治疗研究进展

Updates in the Treatment of Crush Syndrome.

挤压综合征(crush syndrome,CS)是群发性灾害事件中的常见病和多发病,属于急危重病范畴。CS常发生于地震、战争和建筑物或山体倒塌的灾害性事件中。由于CS在灾难性事件中发病进展迅速以及临床医生对其认识不足,许多患者失去了治疗机会,造成极高的病死率。因此,CS的早期诊断和早期治疗是降低CS病死率的关键因素,而深入了解其病理生理改变及早期系统的全身治疗尤为关键。近年来,随着对CS病理生理机制及临床表现研究的不断深入,其治疗原则不断改进,大大提高了CS的治疗效果。本文对CS的病理生理、临床表现及治疗原则的研究进展作一综述。

Crush syndrome(CS) is a common and critical disease in massive disasters,CS often occurs in catastrophic accidents,such as earthquake,war and collapse of a building or landslide of a mountain.In the past,many CS patients have lost access to treatment because of its rapid progress and our limited knowledge to the disease,which resulted in high mortality.Recent studies have suggested that early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are crucial to minimize the mortality of CS.Further understanding in pathophysiological process of CS is essential to achieve the goal of early diagnosis and treatment.The current review,therefore,systemically reviewed and summarized the latest reports on the pathophysiology,clinical manifestations and treatment principles of crush syndrome.
