河南省创伤急救中存在问题与对策探讨

Problems and Problem-solving Strategies in Traumatic Critical Care

创伤是当今全球面临的一个热点问题。由于创伤多发生于突发事件中,发病急,伤害大,病死率高。因此,如何对创伤进行紧急救治就成为医学界面临的重大课题。对于严重创伤的救治需要一个一体化的完整体系,而创伤救治的时间就成为关注的焦点。本文通过探讨目前河南省创伤急救发展现状及发展过程中存在的问题、提出解决问题的对策,通过建立急救创伤外科体系,进一步提高对急救创伤的救治率,以达到降低并发症及不良后果发生率的目的。通过分析表明,目前河南省创伤急救工作不断向前发展,但是仍需要克服院前急救与院内救治的环节衔接不够紧密、急诊创伤外科医师培养和专业队伍建设尚未规范、创伤救治组织不协调很难发挥整体优势的问题,尽早实现急诊创伤救治一体化。

Trauma is a serious problem worldwide in that it happens suddenly and acutely with high mortality,and thus critically injured patients demands high quality medical service.In this regard,a systemic medical care from the incidence to the hospital is required in traumatic critical care.In particular,timing of critical care for traumatic patients is crucial.The purpose of this article is to evaluate current status and problems in traumatic critical care in Henan Province and to propose problem-solving strategies that decrease comorbidity and sequela of traumatic injury.We proposed the following strategies: improving the connection between pre-hospital critical care and in-hospital care; training and providing highly skilled traumatic surgeons in the emergent care.By accomplishing these strategies,we believe that a systemic and high quality service in critical care will be realized in Henan Province.
