工业工程实验室的建设可以借鉴其他高校的经验,通过工业工程实验教学课程体系的设计与建设,搭建一座理论与实践的桥梁,提供各项理论研究与实践探索的实验平台。应该大力建设网络化的开放型实验室,实施实际训练与网络化管理相结合的管理模式。建立综合开放型实验室是进行素质教育和促进学生能力培养的有效途径。分层次实验,学生选择实验、设计实验、归纳结论、分析结果,可以调动学习积极性,培养实验技能,提高分析问题和解决问题的能力。

The construction of laboratory for industrial engineering can refer to experience of other universities. The experiment platform for theoretical studies and practical exploration provides a bridge between theory and practice by designing and researching the industrial engineering laboratory. Open laboratory based on the network should be greatly promoted through the management mode of practical training and network control. Building a comprehensive open laboratory is an effective way of conducting the quality education and training students’ ability. Students’ ability of analyzing and solving problems and their learning motivation and practical capacity can be improved if they can do an experiment at different levels, choose their own experiment, design by their own, make a conclusion and analyze the result.
