摘要
目的探讨皮瓣原位回植联合负压封闭引流(VSD)治疗不完全皮肤撕脱伤的疗效。方法采用皮瓣回植联合VSD对31例不完全皮肤撕脱伤进行治疗。结果 31例均获随访,时间3～10个月。撕脱伤全部治愈,无全身及局部并发症。结论皮瓣原位回植联合VSD治疗不完全皮肤撕脱伤疗效满意。
Objective To explore the efficacy of flap replantation combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in skin incomplete avulsion.Methods 31 cases of skin incomplete avulsions were treated with flap replantation combined with VSD.Results 31 cases were followed up for 3-10 months.There were no systemic and regional complications.Conclusions The flap replantation combined with VSD is an effective and efficient method for treating skin incomplete avulsion.
