负压封闭引流治疗四肢皮肤及软组织缺损

Vacuum sealing drainage in treatment of skin and soft tissue defect of extremities

目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)治疗四肢皮肤及软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法对16例四肢皮肤及软组织缺损者行手术清创,应用VSD敷料覆盖创面,持续负压吸引7～8 d,拆除VSD敷料后行二期缝合、植皮或皮瓣修复术。结果 16例均获随访,时间3～20个月。14例1次使用VSD治疗后行二期缝合或植皮术,创面愈合良好;2例2次使用VSD治疗后行皮瓣移植,移植皮肤及皮瓣全部成活。结论 VSD能及时清除创面的分泌物和坏死组织,刺激肉芽组织生长,简化治疗方法,治疗时间明显缩短,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in treatment of skin and soft tissue defect of extremities.Methods 16 cases of skin and soft tissue defect of extremities were treated with debridement and VSD.Consecutive negative pressure suction 7 ～ 8 days.VSD was removed and liner close and skin graft was used.Results 16 cases were followed up for 3 ～ 20 months,14 cases were used the VSD only one time,2 cases were performed VSD again.After the reoperation of skin graft for liner closer,all skin graft and flaps survived. Conclusions VSD can timely remove wound exudates and necrotic tissue,stimulate the growth of granulation tissue, significantly reduce treatment time and simplify it,which can be considered one of the effective methods.
