摘要 肱骨近端骨折是继髋部骨折、桡骨远端骨折后第三大常见的骨折,由于骨折类型复杂,骨的质量、患者本身相关因素差别很大,以及日益扩大的手术适应证,使得肱骨近端骨折从疾病评估到最终治疗方案至今仍存在许多争议和困惑.为寻求最适当的个性化治疗方案,以期达到最好的功能和更少的并发症,本文对骨折临床和影像学分类、临床决策因素、肱骨近端骨折的治疗方案进行综述.
