摘要 胸腰椎骨折后路跨伤椎固定可达到复位与固定的目的,但此种方法存在缺陷:跨伤椎固定需要固定两个节段,对脊柱的活动度影响较大;手术中广泛剥离椎旁肌,破坏了肌肉组织的正常结构,部分肌肉组织缺血坏死,术后切口部位瘢痕增生.为此,我们经椎旁肌间隙入路利用QUADRANT系统单节段固定治疗30例胸腰椎骨折患者,并与同期38例跨伤椎4枚螺钉固定的患者进行比较,
