微型外固定架治疗第1掌骨基底部骨折 被引量：3

Treatment of basilar part fractures of the first metacarpus with mini-external fixation system

摘要 2009年1月~2012年4月,我院采用Orthofix微型外固定架治疗22例第1掌骨基底部骨折患者,取得满意疗效,报道如下. 1 材料与方法 1.1 病例资料本组22例,男17例,女5例,年龄17~50岁.右侧18例,左侧4例.均为闭合损伤.其中关节外的基底部斜行骨折4例,Bennett骨折16例,Rolando骨折2例.受伤至手术时间1~10 d. 1.2 微型外固定架 Orthofix微型外固定架由连接杆和针管夹组成.连接杆的中央部分是一个可动关节,其两侧各有一个带螺纹的连接杆,两侧的连接杆分别与一个针夹相连,固定针为半螺纹的自攻螺纹针.
