Gardner综合征1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 患者女,31岁,体检发现大肠多发息肉1个月、便血2d入院.无恶心、呕吐,腹泻,入院前2d发现大便带血,大便次数无增多,大便外形无明确改变.其父亲1年前被诊断为家族性腺瘤性息肉病.本例入院后行结肠镜检查见全结肠多发扁平状或乳头状息肉,直径0.1 ～0.4 cm;距肛门15 cm处直肠见不规则肿物突出管腔,中央溃烂,边缘隆起,弹性差.
