合肥市观光农业园融资问题研究——以“合肥丰乐生态园”为例

Financing Problems of Sightseeing Agricultural Gardens——Fengle Ecological Park in Hefei

观光农业园以农业与旅游观光相结合而形式,在近几年不断地发展壮大,成为新兴产业。由于观光农业园的迅速发展带来了一些诸如资金来源面狭窄甚至不足等融资问题。观光农业园融资难已经成为社会日益关注的问题之一。以合肥市丰乐生态园为例,分析其融资存在的问题及原因,然后提出解决合肥市观光农业园融资问题的对策性建议。

As the combination of agriculture and tourism,sightseeing agricultural garden becomes emerging industry with unceasing development in recent years.This rapid development causes some financing problems such as limited and insufficient capital source,which has become a social concern.Taking Fengle Ecological Garden in Hefei as an example,this paper discusses its financing problems and reasons,and makes some suggestions about all the sightseeing agricultural gardens in Hefei.
