山西省村镇银行可持续发展研究

Study on Sustainable Development of Village Banks in Shanxi Province

2006年开始,银监会开始了村镇银行等新型农村金融机构试点工作。山西作为内陆省份,为了发展三农、服务三农,也积极设立了多家村镇银行。但是,在村镇银行的运行过程中也出现了许多问题,严重影响了山西村镇银行的发展壮大。为了更好的发挥出村镇银行支援三农建设的初衷,提出了多种方式解决村镇银行经营中面临的实际困难,以期为山西农村进步、农民致富、农业发展做出一定的贡献。

China Banking Regulatory Commission(CBRC)began experimental work on new rural financial institutions as village banks since 2006.As an inland province,Shanxi has set up a number of village banks in order to develop and serve agriculture,farmers and rural areas.However,there emerge many problems during the operation,which have affected the healthy development of the village banks.In order to play its original function of serving agriculture,farmers and rural areas more effectively,the paper proposes methods to solve the practical problems of village banks,which is helpful to the advancement of rural areas,the well being of farmers as well as the development of agriculture.
