对DK7732型线切割机在切割中因钼丝松动而出现的问题进行分析,提出相应的解决方法,并对所使用的DK7732型线切割机进行了技术改进,改进了该线切割机自带的钼丝张紧装置,改进后的线切割自动张丝装置,在使用性能上有了明显的提高,也使线切割机因钼丝松动而造成的断丝现象得到了基本解决。

In this paper,the DK7732 type linear cutting in cutting for molybdenum wire loose and broken wire problems were analyzed,and put forward the corresponding solving methods,and the use of DK7732 type wire cutting machine for the technical improvement,improvel the wedm machine own molybdenum wire tension device,the improved linear cutting automatic piece of wire device have been significantly improved in the use of performance,also made the line cutting machine for molybdenum wire loose caused by the broken wire phenomenon being solved.
