摘要
分析单储丝筒线切割机在工作过程中切割线振动产生的原因。通过对导向轮转动惯量对切割线振动的影响进行深入研究,建立了基于转动惯量分析的切割机走丝系统模型,并在Matlab的Simulink环境下对走丝系统进行了仿真,结果揭示了导向轮转动惯量和切割阻力对切割线振动的影响规律。
Factors causing the cutting wire vibration in the operation of the single-tube wire saw are analyzed.Through deep research of the guide wheels on the vibration of cutting wire,the wire-feeding model of the wire saw is built based on the rotational inertia analysis method,and the wire-feeding system is simulated by using Simulink of Matlab.The simulated result showes the influence rule of the rotational inertia of the guide wheels and the cutting resistance on the cutting wire vibration.
