摘要
为提高铣削加工的效率与质量,对铣削过程进行建模并获取无颤振切削条件已经变得越来越重要。对铣削加工过程颤振稳定域建模的相关技术与方法进行了综述,对时域、频域和试验研究等3类典型颤振稳定域预测方法的基本原理、一般过程和实际应用进行了阐述,对该领域的研究进行了总结与展望。可为该领域的深入研究和工程化应用提供理论指导。
Modelling of dynamic processes in milling and precise prediction of chatter-free cutting conditions is becoming increasingly important to improve the quality and productivity of milling operation.The paper deals with technologies and approaches associated with the prediction of chatter stability for milling operations,including analytical approach,frequency approach and experimental one.The principles,general processes and engineering applications of these approaches are focused on,and its prospect is given.With the state-of-the-art in the field,the advantages and limitations of these approaches are systematically analyzed,which can be used as a theoretical guidance for further research of chatter stabililty prediction and cutting conditions optimization.
