摘要
以采用间接测量的数控机床滚珠丝杠进给传动系统为研究对象,建立伺服系统控制回路和机械传动环节的数学模型,利用复比法对各环节控制器进行参数优化,并且结合实例分析滚珠丝杠进给传动系统伺服控制器的优化效果。分析结果表明:利用该控制器参数优化方法,所得进给传动系统频率响应特性优良,反应迅速,超调量小。
This paper studies on the indirectly measured feed-drive system of NC machine tools,and the mathematical models of servo control loops and mechanical driving mechanism are set up.Double ratio is used to optimize the servo controller parameters of every control loop,and an example application demonstrates the effectiveness of the optimal performance of the servo controller for the ball-screw feed-drive system,which shows excellent frequency characteristics with quick response and small overshoot.
