摘要
基于对缸体主轴承孔系的加工精度要求的分析,制定了缸体主轴承孔加工工艺方案和机床方案。重点介绍了夹具和上、下料装置的设计特点。该机床已成功应用于生产实际,其加工精度满足缸体主轴承孔系加工要求。
This paper based on cylinder body main bearing hole system processing accuracy requirements analysis,formulated cylinder main bearing hole processing technology scheme and machine tool scheme.Emphasis on the fixture and loading and unloading device design characteristics.The machine has been successfully applied in actual production,the processing precision meets the cylinder body spindle hole system processing requirements.
