摘要
介绍了UG CLS文件中的信息,再结合实际的业务要求,利用C语言对UG后处理文件的编辑,实现利用操作名称可以帮助定义后处理的过程、检查刀具名称和刀具参数是否对应、保证加工程序刀轴矢量的正确性。这些后处理文件满足了特殊机床的特殊要求,并且其余UGCAM文件也可以采用类似方法。
This article tells the information of UG CLS file,combining practical operating requests and with the help of C language's edition of UG post-processing,achieve the following goals: using operation name to definite the procedure of post processing,examine whether the tool name matches the tool parameters,guarantee the correction of tool axis orientation.These post-processing skills can not only satisfy the special demand of special machine,but also can be used in other UG CAM machining.
