摘要
利用SIEMENS 840D系统所具有的特点,通过R参数对变量进行赋值计算,使用"玉米铣刀"来加工支承辊两端的中心孔,该方法不仅弥补了传统工艺采用钻片加工中心孔效率低的不足,而且还大大减轻了操作者在加工过程中的劳动强度,极大地提高了数控机床的加工效率,该方法对有规律的型面加工也有借鉴意义。
According to the characteristics of the SIEMENS 840D system,the evaluation of variables depends on parameter R,using ' maize milling' tool to process the centre holes at both ends of the bearing roller,this method not only makes up the deficiency of traditional way using drilling to process the center holes,but also greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators who attend in the manufacture process.Moreover,it greatly improves the usage of numerical control machine and it is also can be regarded as a significant reference for regular surface processing method.
