机床导轨形式选择合理与否以及精度高低,在很大程度上影响了机床的运行精度和加工精度。根据数控镗床的实际使用状况,结合生产需求,对导轨的形式进行了改进,既提高了加工精度,又节约了制造成本,效果显著。

The type and precision of machine guide way is reasonableness or not,could affect the machine running and processing accuracy on some degree. According to the using situation and the needs of producing,then improving the type of guide way,increasing the processing accuracy,and meanwhile saving manufacturing cost,the effect is perfect.
