新型转矩可调式内斜齿液压加载装置的设计

摘要 针对目前封闭功率流试验台液压加载装置存在的密封性差、加载力矩不稳定等问题,通过分析研究其结构特点和加载原理,设计了一种新型转矩可调式内斜齿液压加载装置。通过合理的机构设计和密封布置使得该加载装置结构简单紧凑、便于制造、装配、调整和操作,同时做到支撑刚度高且密封性好;通过受力分析和强度校核,论证了该加载装置具有加载可靠,能在长期运转中保持加载力矩稳定不变等优点。 Aimed to the poor seal and load torque instability of the hydraulic loading device used in the closed power flow test rig currently,by analyzing and researching its structural features and loaded principle,designs a new torque- adjustable hydraumatic loading device with inner bevel gear,and reasonable institutional design and seal arrangement makes that the loading device structure is simple and compact,easy to manufacture,assemble,adjust and operate,supported high stiffness and good sealing; by mechanical analysis and strength check,demonstrates the loading device has the advantage of loaded reliability and could maintain stable load torque in the long- term operation and so on.
