摘要
通过对一个壳体零件结构和技术要求的分析,结合数控镗床的加工能力,对该零件加工过程中的几个主要工艺难点进行了论证,在此基础上将传统加工方法与数控加工方法的工艺方案优点和缺点进行对比,并对解决这些难点所采取的工艺方法和数控程序做了较为详细的阐述,为壳体类零件的加工积累了一定的经验。
Through the analysis of structure and technical requirement of a shell part and the machining capacity of the CNC boring machine,this article demonstrates several difficulties of machining. On the basis of the above demonstration,comparing and summing up the advantages and disadvantages of traditional machining method and the CNC machining method. This article expounds the processing methods and CNC program in detail which are used to solve the difficulties,and also accumulates certain experience for the machining of shells.
