基于PC的数控运动轨迹并行高速插补策略的研究

摘要 针对基于PC的软件型数控系统高速实时插补能力不足的问题,提出粗精插补双缓冲同步协调机制,论述了粗精插补之间的空间数据约束关系,分析了数据缓冲区大小设置对系统性能的影响,以及粗精插补计算的时序关系,研究了合理确定FIFO数据缓存区的数据余量N和传输定量数据大小M的方法,开发了一种基于空间数据约束的粗精并行高速插补技术,该技术减低了软件数控对PC机操作系统实时性的依赖,满足了软件数控在开放性和高速高精的运动控制方面的要求。经基于Linux的软件型开放式数控系统实际运动控制应用,验证了其有效性。 Aiming at the insufficiency of high- speed and real- time interpolation performance for the soft CNC system based on PC,the coarse and fine interpolation double buffer synchronous coordination mechanism is proposed in this paper. The constraint relationships of space data between coarse interpolation and fine interpolation is discussed,and the influence of data buffer size to system performance and time sequence relationship between coarse interpolation and fine interpolation is analyzed. The method is researched that data surplus N of FIFO data buffer and transferred quantification data size M are determined reasonably. A coarse and fine parallel high- speed interpolation technology based on space data constraint is developed,which reduces the dependence of PC operating system real- time performance and satisfies the requirement of openness,high- speed and high- accuracy motion control for soft CNC system. Finally,it' s been successfully used in the actual motion control of soft open CNC based on Linux,and it has been verified to be effective.
