基于熵权法和TOPSIS的发动机关键零部件加工过程绿色特性评价 被引量:7

摘要 针对发动机关键零部件曲轴、凸轮轴、连杆和活塞的加工过程,分析制造过程中的绿色特性,提出利用熵权法和理想点法(TOPSIS)结合的方法,通过熵求出权重,再将熵权系数应用到TOPSIS,进行发动机关键零部件的加工过程绿色特性分析与评价。这有利于企业逐步改善发动机制造过程中对其影响较大零部件的绿色加工,为绿色制造的具体实施提供理论基础。 For the machining process of key parts and components of crankshaft,camshaft,connecting rod and piston,green characteristic of engine manufacturing process is analyzed,the entropy method and ideal method( TOPSIS) for key parts and components of engine green characteristic analysis and evaluation is put forward,through the entropy weight calculated,then entropy weight coefficient is applied to TOPSIS,it is concluded that the key parts and components of engine green manufacturing on maximal influence. It is conducive to improve green processing of part which has maximal influence on engine manufacturing process gradually,and provide theoretical basis for the implementation of green manufacturing.
