摘要 给出了J53-400T型压力机的动力和传动系统的再设计计算方法,并进行了压力机总体方案的设计,利用MSC.Patran对原压力机螺杆和再设计后的零部件进行了有限元模态分析,得出了压力机在保证加工工艺的条件下还可提升打击次数的结论。实际应用表明,再设计后的压力机实现了打击力和能量的精确控制,工作效率和产品的合格率得到了提升,没有出现工作过程中振动过大的问题。 Redesign calculation methods for power and transmission system of the J53- 400T type presses are given and the overall plan of the press was designed. The finite element modal analysis of the original screw and the redesign parts were done by using MSC. Patran. The conclusion was drawn that the frequency could also be enhanced on condition of ensuring the processing technique. Practical application shows that the redesign press has the precise control of the striking force and energy. The efficiency and product qualification rate were improved and the problem of excessive vibration did not appear in the course of work.
