摘要
针对某大型数控铣齿机动态性能、提高加工精度等问题,对该数控铣齿机进行了停机测试、空运转实验和切削试验等测试实验。振动测试结果表明外界干扰较小,主轴系统存在不平衡问题,振动来源于切削激励频率引起的受迫振动;同时切削过程可持续,未出现明显振纹,排除颤振的因素,说明了切削系统设计的合理性。在测试结果进行分析的基础上,提出了几种减振方案,为后续振动控制提供了依据。
A dynamic cutting vibration test on gear grinding machine was carried out,including shutdown test,no load running test and cutting test. The result indicated that external interference was rather small and the vibration result from excitation frequency of cutting. In order to control the vibration some vibration reduction plans were proposed.
