摘要
随着产品零件的精密化发展,刻字字体大小和间距在一定程度上也受到了限制和约束。通过介绍GibbsCAM软件刻字建模技术,汉字字高及行间距的理论值与加工的实体字高之间差异变化的分析,探索出基于GibbsCAM数控编程软件实现和满足三轴数控铣床的精确刻字技术要求的规律。
Font size and character distance of marking are limited along with the progress of part precision. Rule is explored which met the accurate marking requirement of 3- axis NC milling machine based on GibbsCAM NC programming software through introduction of GibbsCAM marking and modeling technology and research on variance between theory value of font height and line space and practical value.
