摘要
针对电解电容铝外壳在生产中,经常出现的端面凹坑、防爆槽不合格等缺陷,介绍了一套基于机器视觉的检测系统。阐述了在Visual C++平台下,把采集到的图像进行预处理、二值化、位置和角度校正以及差影等一系列运算,达到高效检测零件缺陷的目的。
When an aluminum electrolysis capacitor is produced,some defects may occur such as end surface pits,unqualified explosion- proof line etc,and a set of detection system based on machine vision is introduced in this paper. On the platform of Visual C + +,a series of methods is presented including image pre- processing,image binary-conversion,position and angularity correction,difference image method etc. Experiments prove that this system is safe and reliable.
