摘要
在机械加工过程中,常常出现突然断电的情况。突然断电对加工的影响很大,没有断电回退功能,很容易致使刀具或工件的损坏,带来不可挽回的经济损失。针对这种情况,要求机床制造厂家做出完善的保护措施,并从硬件配置,参数设置及加工程序编制等过程上进行处理。对于中档经济型数控机床配置,用西门子802DSL数控系统也可以实现断电回退功能,延时停止机床运动,可降低机床设计成本,达到保护工件和刀具的目的。
Power off suddenly leads to damage tool or work piece during machining process,it brings irreparable economic losses. For this case,we need some perfect safeguard procedures by manufacture,and to manage through hardware configuration, parameter setting and machining programming etc. Siemens802DSL CNC system performs power back function to stop machine running,it can reduce design cost of machine tool and protect workpieces and tools.
