摘要
针对D310平行流式冷凝器,采用ICEM网格划分工具和Fluent流体分析软件,对冷凝器的翅片宽度进行温度场、速度场和压力场的仿真分析。计算结果表明,在3 m/s风速下,每增加1.84 mm的翅片宽度,风阻增长量为3~5.5 Pa,其单位面积换热量降低6%~10%,换热面积增加0.63 m2,总换热量增长为2.4%~4.8%。
In view of the D310 parallel floe type condenser,simulating analysis of temperature field,velocity field and pres-sure field on fin width by using ICEM and Fluent was conducted.Simulation results show that,at the wind velocity of 3 m/s,drag growth is 3 ~ 5.5 Pa with each 1.84 mm increment of fin width; the heat transfer at unit area decreased by 6% ~ 10%.The total heat transfer rate growth by 2.4% ~ 4.8% when heat transfer area increased by 0.63 m2.
