摘要
在工程管道系统中,阀门关闭对系统瞬变流动过程产生重要影响,阀门关闭运动参数的优化选取,对工程管道运行安全至关重要。以电液蝶阀两个阶段关闭运动参数优化为例,以压头H max和最大逆转飞逸转速-N max达到预定值为目标函数,以液压缸收缩运动速度V1和V2为变量,以瞬变过程计算程序为主函数,采用坐标轮换法优化计算,优化计算结果与实际测量值基本相符,说明所运用的优化方法正确可行。
The electronic-hydraulic butterfly valve closing in two steps was taken as the example; both the maximum pressure H max and the maximum reverse the runaway speed in the transient reaching the predetermined value were set as the objective function.The moving velocities V1 and V2 of hydraulic cylinder were taken as the variables,and the program of transient process was taken as the main function.And the variables alternation method was used for optimization calculation.The results indicated the same as ones in actual case,which implied the optimization method was correct and feasible.
