摘要
介绍一种空间行波管使用的电子枪,该枪采用全金属外壳套封结构、双阳极设计,并在内部设置消气剂,具有尺寸小、可靠性高、阴极寿命长、电子注层流性好等特点。文中将结合其性能及应用环境特点阐述其设计思路。期望这种设计方法能够为其他同类型电子枪的研制工作提供参考。使用这种电子枪的空间行波管已经完成了所有环境试验,阴极预测寿命大于15年,并且行波管的静态电子流通率大于99%。
This paper introduced the design of an all-metal electron-gun used in Ka band space TWT which has excellent reliability and long life.The design methodology is introduced according to its specification and application environment requirement.We expect that this methodology can benefit other people in designing electron gun of the same type.The space TWTs which used this gun have passed all environment experiments,the predicted life of cathode is over 15years,and the TWT's static electron transmission rate has exceeded 99%.
