摘要
介绍了攀钢新3号260 m2烧结机工艺与装备技术特点,针对场地条件和高钛型钒钛磁铁矿烧结工艺,进行大型化烧结机技术优化研究。在总图布置、烧结工艺、节能减排、设备选择、自动控制等方面广泛应用新技术、新设备,使得工艺技术装备和自动化水平达到了当前国内外先进水平。投产后4天达产,并保持各项技术经济指标稳步提高。实现了高效、低耗、节能、环保的预期目标。
This paper introduces PanGang new No3.260 m2sinter machine technology equipment characters,for the condition of PanGang high Titanium V-Ti magnetite concentrate sintering,sinter machine is enlarged.In the General layout,sinter technology,save energy,equipment selection and automation,new technology and new equipment are widely applied,technology equipment and automation achieve world level.Achieve production after putting into production 4 days,and maintain the steady increase in the technical and economic indicators.Achieve the desired objectives of highly avtive,low consumption,energy saving,environmental protection.
