摘要
通过测试MgO-H2O悬浊液体系电导率值变化来探讨镁砂水化机理。在该体系分别加入六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)、硼酸(H3BO3)、草酸(H2C2O4)以研究其抑制MgO水化的功效。结果显示:草酸可在一定程度上抑制镁砂水化,当加入量为0.1%时,能起到很好的抑制效果。
The study of magnesia hydration is very important and valuable in the application of dead burned magnesia.In this paper,ionic conductivity value and pH value is obtained by testing the system of MgO-H 2 O.Sodium hexametaPhosphate、boric acid、oxalate is added as magnesia hydrate inhibiter.The result displays that the oxalate is more effective than others.An addition of 0.1 wt% is sufficient to prevent hydration.
