复方谷氨酰胺联合三联活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的安全性和有效性分析

Anaysis of safety and effective of compound glutamine and tripleviable capsules in treatment with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome

目的探讨复方谷氨酰胺联合三联活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的安全性和有效性。方法选取2012年3月~2013年7月海南省人民医院收治的188例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者,随机分为3组:复方谷氨酰胺联合三联活菌胶囊治疗组(A组,n=63)、单独使用复方谷氨酰胺治疗组(B组,n=62)、单独使用双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗组(C组,n=63),2周为1个疗程;治疗前后,观察患者的肠道症状,记录3组患者腹泻、腹痛和腹胀发生次数。所有患者均在服药14d后评价疗效和生活质量及安全性。结果治疗前,A、B、C 3组平均每天腹泻(3.7±0.3)、(3.9±0.7)、(4.0±0.2)次,治疗14 d后平均每天(1.0±0.8)、(2.9±0.6),(3.1±0.8)次,3组治疗前后相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.0)。治疗7 d后和14 d后,A组腹泻次数明显少于B、C 2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,A、B、C 3组的总有效率分别为96.8%、83.8%和79.3%,A组总有效率明显高于B、C 2组(P<0.05)。在生活质量上,A组患者的生活质量评分最高,且A组患者生活质量提高患者所占比例显著高于B组和C组(P<0.05)。结论复方谷氨酰胺联合三联活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征效果明显,疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of compound glutamine and triple viable capsules in treatment with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 188 cases with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome were selected and randomly divided into three groups. Group A(n =63) was received compound glutamine and triple viable capsules,group B(n =62) was only given compound glutamine and group C was only given triple viable capsules,2 weeks for a period of treatment. Degree of symptoms such as diarrhea,abdominal pain and abdominal distention and occurrences were asked and recorded before treatment and 14 days after treatment. Results Before treatment,the average time of diarrhea were(3. 7 ±0. 3),(3. 9 ± 0. 7)and(4. 0 ± 0. 2)times per day separately in A,B,C groups,and after treatment,there were fell to(1. 0 ± 0. 8),(2. 9 ± 0. 6),(3. 1± 0. 8)times per day on average,the differences were all significant(P < 0. 05). After threatment with 7 and 14 days,the average time of diarrhea in group A were significantly lower than group B and C( P < 0. 05). 14 days after treatment,the total efficacy were 95. 2%,77. 4% and 76. 2%,respectively in A,B and C groups,and the total efficacy in group A were higher than the other two groups(P < 0. 05). The score of life quality in group A was highest in three groups and the proportion of patients increased life quality was higher than the other two groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Clinical efficacy of compound glutamine and triple viable capsules in treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome is obvious.
